Returns & Exchanges
Effective Date: September 1st, 2025
All Compack products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product or color.
Exceptions
We will gladly offer a resolution in the following cases:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item or color than what you ordered
If any of the above apply, email us at shopcompack@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement, credit, or other resolution if it meets our policy guidelines.
What We Don’t Cover
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong color or item ordered by mistake
- General wear and tear
- Orders reported more than 72 hours after delivery
