2.1. All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins as soon as possible. Order changes cannot be made after 24 hours.

2.3. All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Shipping times vary based on location and production schedules. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
3.2. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
3.3. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

5. Product Information and Limitations
5.1. We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, photos, and specifications, but slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, different monitor settings, or the handmade nature of our products.
5.2. We are not responsible for customer errors when placing an order, such as choosing the wrong color or size. However, if you notice a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours to request a change or cancellation.
